4. Disclosure of Your Information
4.1 Service Providers
We share limited information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including:

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
4.3 Business Transfers
If MBTI Oracle is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change.
5. User-Generated Content
Some features allow you to submit content that may be visible to others.
- Public surfaces: Posts and comments on the Hub, comments on Finder pages, and entries to public Guesser/Finder caches are visible to other visitors. Only your chosen display name or a short anonymous identifier is shown.
- Private surfaces: Journal entries, Persona Chat conversations, Translator outputs, and Vision analysis are private to your account.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content to public features, you grant MBTI Oracle a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and use it for providing and improving the Service.

6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal and content data as long as necessary to operate the Service, resolve disputes, or comply with legal requirements. Anonymous analytics events may be retained indefinitely in aggregated form.
You can request account and data deletion at any time by emailing schowy1@gmail.com. We typically process deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
7. Security of Your Information
We use commercially reasonable safeguards (TLS encryption in transit, access control, and secure managed databases) to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
